Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Forum! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.
In iNotes, when the admin has enabled extracting meeting details setting (server config document) and a user has allowed others to see their meeting details via Calendar preferences, the following details can be seen in the Find a Time dialog when hovering over meetings …
For the logged in user, you can see meeting time, subject, location (if set), and room OR chair (if the meeting does not have a room, then chair is seen).
This meeting has a room booked. It is showing the time, subject, location and room:
This meeting does not have a room booked. It is showing the time, subject, chair and location.
For the same meetings for another user who is not the logged in user, you will only see the time, subject, chair, and location.
In Verse, for these same meetings we are showing the same details not matter if you are hovering over meetings for the logged in user or not. You will see the meeting subject, time, user name, and chair.

The proposal is to have Verse show the Subject, user name, time, chair, location (if it is set) and room (if it is set). The server will only send the info we want to use if the admin has configured the server to allow it and the other users have set their preference to allow the current user to see it. Otherwise, Verse will just show the user name and time. If any of the data is too long to display in the size of the popup, we will need to use ellipses and tooltips.
