Attachment Not Received in Sametime Web Chat on Notes 14.5.1

The problem arises when a user transmits a file from the Notes Embedded Rich Client to the Integrated Web Client. Upon receipt, a dialog box appears for the recipient to accept the file. Once accepted, the user is then asked to choose a destination folder for saving the file. Although the file is saved successfully in the chosen location, it fails to appear in the chat history as a downloadable file.
The expected behavior is that the file transfer functionality should operate effectively across different clients.
