Requested Feature:
Introduce a "Reply to Message" feature in Sametime chat that allows users to quote and respond directly to a specific message. This feature should:
Display the quoted message above the reply, making it clear which message is being responded to.
Work in both 1:1 and group chats.
Be accessible via right-click (desktop) and long-press (mobile).
Optionally provide a "jump to original" function for better navigation.
