Compare Message ID before delivering duplicate SMTP messages to user

Currently when the Domino server receives the same mail twice from the previous server (e.g.- Gateway server) then Domino server will deliver duplicate mails to the user. This is currently working as designed but there is a feature request to compare the Message ID of the message before delivering the duplicate messages within small amount of time (typically few seconds).

Use Case:-

Duplicate mail delivery is not a big problem when the user is checking mails manually but when the mails are auto popped or processed by applications then duplicate mails can create duplicate Service Requests or duplicate orders for these mails.

This Enhancement Request is submitted for Domino 14.5.1 version.
