Enable "document body compression" in the mail template by default

On top of the space savings by DAOS, the advanced database property "Compress document data" can reduce the document and therefore database size significantly (up to 60%) by compressing non-summary item data in all documents in a selected database.


Although this property can be set via "compact -v", as document at https://help.hcl-software.com/domino/14.5.1/admin/tune_usingdocumentbodycompression_t.html a subsequent template change (eg. upgrade from 12 to 14) would disable the flag again. Changing that flag and signing the template for each new release by every customer would not be necessary, if that flag is enabled by default, in line with the "sane defaults" approach of Domino.


We suggest to enable "document body compression" in the mail template by default.
