    Users are expected to be allowed to change the default room for Sametime Meetings as currently, the meeting service creates a default room for users. For example, MeetMe.xyz~40acme.com, and this conversion is something that is built in the meeting code. Thus customers cannot change it from the default settings.     When the meeting is updated by adding more invitees it should provide the option to send a certain update to all the participants. Or it may also give the choice not to send the update to all the participants.
