As an administrator, when adding or removing a participant from a meeting, I want the message to be sent only to the affected participants, not to all participants. This means that if we only remove or add a participant, the message should only go to the removed or added participant.
This will reduce the load on the servers and eliminate unnecessary spam.
I'm not sure I understand why you would want to update a calendar invite and not have all the participants be informed of the update.
To be able to accept this ideas as something we'd want to investigate we will need more detail. To get us started I'd like for you to explain the request in a certain way.
