Focus mode for mails that need a reply


Workspace: Verse on Premises, Notes · Category: Mail template

Problem. Verse Needs Action and Notes follow-up flags collect the mails a user must answer, but answering them still happens in the busy inbox. New mail keeps arriving and pulls attention away.

Proposal. A "Reply mode" action on the Needs Action / Follow Up list. It opens the first flagged mail with the reply editor ready; after sending, the mail is marked done and the next one opens. New mail is hidden until the user leaves the mode. A counter shows how many are left.

Benefit. Users clear their reply backlog in one focused session. The feature builds on data Verse and Notes already store, so the change is mostly UI.
