Support OIDC-Based Integration Between HCL Verse and Connections Without LTPA

Enable HCL Verse and HCL Connections integration using modern authentication mechanisms such as OIDC, eliminating the dependency on LTPA tokens. The integration should support Connections Docs attachment previews and profile picture retrieval in Verse, while maintaining SSO and reliable logout functionality.

Currently, these features rely on LTPA token exchange, and OIDC with Single-Server Session authentication results in HTTP 401 errors. Supporting modern token-based authentication would improve security and simplify identity management.
