Improve Attachment Handling in Verse On Premises for Drafts, Replies, and Forwards

In HCL Verse on Premises, attachment handling differs depending on whether the user is creating a draft, replying to, or forwarding an email. The [x], [+], and [-] controls determine whether attachments are added, included, or excluded.

When an attachment is excluded using the [-] button, the filename remains visible in a greyed-out state. This can make it difficult for users to clearly confirm that the attachment will not be included when the email is sent.

Hence, request to improve the visual indication of attachment status across new drafts, replies, and forwards. When an attachment is excluded using [-], consider hiding the filename or providing a more explicit visual indication that the attachment has been removed/excluded, similar to how the [x] button removes the filename before a draft is saved.

This would provide a consistent attachment experience and give users greater confidence before sending an email.
