When rescheduling a meeting, make it more clear that the chair is not available at the rescheduled time

Description

When the chair is rescheduling a meeting, the user can see suggested times and can use the Find a Time feature in order to see times that could work for the reschedule. If the chair just changes the time/date in the drop downs and the chair is not available at that time slot, the user isn’t immediately aware. Verse should give an indication when the chair chooses a new time in which the chair is busy.

Use case in details:
UserA has created 2 meetings. One meeting is at 2:00 and another is at 3:00:

UserA opens the 2:00 meeting and changes the time to 3:00.

At this point, there is no indication to UserA that he has just rescheduled the meeting to a time slot where he is not available.

It would be good to show some kind of indication that the 3:00 time slot will conflict with another meeting that is already scheduled.
