HCL Domino Ideas Portal

Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Forum! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

Add Color-Coding for Priority/Sender Emails in Verse Webmail

Verse is missing the ability to color-code emails in the inbox based on priority, sender, or other specific criteria.

In the HCL Notes client, users frequently use color-coding rules to highlight emails from specific individuals (like a direct manager or VIP client) or emails marked as high priority. In Verse, the inbox presents a uniform color palette, making it difficult for users to visually triage their incoming mail and immediately spot critical communications.

Color-coding acts as a visual filter, drastically reducing the time it takes for users to scan their inbox and prioritize their responses.
