Message sending timeout

As a user, I'd like to be able to cancel sending a message within a few seconds of clicking the send button. This would allow me to cancel an incorrect mailing if I spot an error in the email but have already clicked the send button. For example, a timeout of 1-3 seconds is sufficient.

So, the following algorithm:
I compose the email and click send.
A timeout of 1-3 seconds is activated, and if I click cancel sending within this time, the email isn't sent and remains in editing mode.
