Currently when we search any specific keyword, there may be more than 10K mails present in the mail database which can contain that keyword. e.g.- In a large mail file, there may be 20K mails matching the specific keyword. But Verse search is limited to only 10K mails. So if the user wants to search for any specific keywords e.g.- "Login Reports" then the mail file may contain say 20K mails which contain this keyword and since these are application generated mails, so there are no other known keywords to further search and refine these mails. The Verse will show only 10K mails in search results, so users will lose remaining search results in Verse. In iNotes, you can change this setting from Server document > Internet Protocols > Domino Web Engine > Maximum search result limit: and it can be set with "0" to make it unlimited. After that, iNotes can display unlimited search results.
So there is a feature request to also make this setting configurable for Verse just like iNotes.
This Enhancement Request is submitted for Verse 3.2.6 version.
