Cancel meeting delegation.

As a user, I want to be able to undo a meeting delegation I've previously made. This is necessary in case of an erroneous delegation or if I change my mind and decide to attend the meeting after all.
Currently, the only way to accept a meeting after delegation is to remove the user from the participant list and then add them again. However, this places an unnecessary load on both the server (especially if the meeting is for a large number of users) and the administrative staff.
