Transform iNotes Forms into the Verse or Domino Ecosystem Merged

At some actions, forms within the iNotes Code are still addressed from VerseOP.

In example: the password change. This will throwback user experience into the early 2000's

Because password complexity policies are still not evaluated in web forms we also need to edit registration/authentication forms. This usually can be done in the domcfg.nsf for almost any web application, but not for forms that are used from the legacy iNotes code.
