The experience you're seeing is largely due to how Android handles attachments. Unlike iOS, which provides built-in previews for many document types within the app, Android typically opens attachments using a separate application, which can result in additional prompts depending on the device, Android version, and installed apps. That said, we understand that this creates more friction than the iOS experience, and we're continuing to evaluate opportunities to streamline the attachment viewing workflow where the platform allows.
