Improve real-time synchronization for iOS

Using APNS notifications -

 

1) With "Notify immediately" on, notification always arrive, but the sync of email is only manual.
2) With "Notify immediately" off, if the verse application is not running, nothing happens.

 

On launching Verse, the background download of emails function correctly (every 7 minutes) and also the badge count is updated.

At the moment (with solution 2) the problem is that Verse must be active.

All notification are active 
* Notifications = Banners, Sounds, Badges
* Background App Refresh = on

This idea is to request an improvement for this point, namely: -

A) Download of email with Verse not active
B) The download interval should also be settable by the administrator or by the user

    This issue not fix now, Our master has an urgent case to handle, but it takes too long to see the emails, which causes us to lose confidence in the product.

    There is an absolute need for this improvement. We would like to change vom IOS Default mail app to HCL Verse app. Therefore the pulling should function the same way, but that isnt the case now.

"Mail Optimization" shall be automatic, withiout user invervention.

IBM Verse Mobile on iOS 10.0.3 will have "Mail Optimization" function but it is manual. It should be run automatic after detecting mail fragmentation automatically. I've never heard such manual operation for mail optimization especially mobile app...
