Convert notes document link in description of Notes Calendar to URL for mobile browser access

In Traveler environment, the customer use Apple Calendar as Traveler client.
When notes document link is pasted in description of Notes Calendar, it is synced to Apple Calendar and expanded to "notes://" link and "relative path" as the attached picture.
"notes://" link will be able to be opened by Nomad iOS, but they don't use Nomad iOS and instead, they want to open the link with Mobile Safari.
So, they hope that notes document link is converted to URL like "https://domino.example.com/xxxxx".
