Background:
Draft emails marked as "waiting for" are showing in the "need action" and "waiting for" views when using the Verse App. This is not the same behavior seen in Verse web, as the draft emails only show as "waiting for" in Verse web.
SCN dev confirmed Verse app is working as designed. Here is the official response to a case we opened:
"In this case the user was composing an email and decided to save it as a draft. During that process they also marked it with the waiting for status. Since it is still a draft the Needs action status is also applied as the user still has an action to finish composing and send the email. Once sent, the Needs action status should be removed from the sender but the waiting for status should remain."
Request:
The differing behaviors between the Verse app and Verse web applications is confusing, and we'd like the behavior to be consistent between both applications. We'd like the feature in the Verse app to work the same as it currently does in Verse web where docs marked as "Waiting for" do not show in the "Next actions" view when the email is in draft mode.
