Mark a conversation as "needs action"

Most chat applications allow you to mark a conversation as "unread", however, for Sametime, it would be nice to mark a conversation as "needs action". Many times another employee might send a message, and I would like to address the action item at a later time. If we could mark the conversation as "needs action" it becomes a reminder of that action item.

Could also extend this idea into marking a single chat message as "needs action".
