Provide support to display chat in separate Window for Notes client connected to Sametime 11.x/12.x Server

For persistence chat Sametime Server (11.x/12.x), according to the following Articles, only "Tabbed Chat Window" is supported.

But sometime, customer wants to display some chat in separate window instead tab in tabbed window. Please consider to implement this feature in future release.
