All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.
This capability is important wherever users are in more than one LAN.
This may be for reasons of geography.
It may be that service delivery is managed by separate teams.
It may be because some users are operating on a highly secured network while others are on a less secured network.
It may be that multiple (related or independent) organisations require a joint chat capability.
