Ability to set different file transfer size limit setting for each ST client

A customer is requesting to have the capability to set different file transfer size limits for each client.


For example, if doing file transfer from a web client, the limit is 120MB. And if sending files via the embedded client, the limit is set to 500MB max file size.

    @Joanne - could you provide some details here on the use cases? I would like to understand why would you need different File transfer limits for different clients.
