Notes 9.0.x and 10.0.1FP2 Basic on Windows 10, if Microsoft Edge is set as "Internet Browser" in location document like the following setting, Microsoft Edge is not launched when user clicks URL(Hyper link) on Notes document.

On Notes 9.0.x standard, Microsoft Edge is launched when user clicks URL(Hyper link) on Notes document.

However, for Notes 9.0.x and 10.0.1FP2 Basic on Windows 10, if Microsoft Edge is set as "Internet Browser" in location document like the following setting, Microsoft Edge is not launched when user clicks URL(Hyper link) on Notes document.

According to Microsoft Edge, it is Universal Windows Platform (UWP) application, and is not launched by command line.

So, for such working, it seems that Microsoft Edge can't be started by location document.
