Send to from windows explorer with iNotes and citrix

iNotes when right clicking on a file from Windows explorer,
then Send to,  type the recipient, then clicking on send, this
message appears:  Error:  cannot load the file"
And the recipient name is not added
Customer said this works when iNotes is not open
Same issue does not occur on Server, just via RDP

Works if activex is not used /loaded

    Future takes a long time ! Verse, for the moment, has not the same fonctionnality than iNotes

    Unlikely to implement because we replacing iNotes with Verse in the future
