Large forms need long time to load.
But options of dialog list fields/comboboxes etc can only be updated by refreshing the whole document, which takes really long too.
It should be possible to update the selection options for single fields by lotusscript/formulas.
i.e.
call uiDoc.refreshChoices("Fieldname")
This could make working with complex forms much faster.

As a Notes application developer or end user working with complex forms, I need to be able to refresh the available choices for a single dialog list or combobox field without reloading the entire document, because full document refreshes take too long and slow down data entry and form interactions.
Additional context: Large forms can be slow to load, and today the available options for dialog list fields and comboboxes can only be updated by refreshing the whole document. Supporting a targeted refresh method, such as call uiDoc.refreshChoices("Fieldname"), would improve performance and make complex forms faster and easier to use.
