Integrate collabora as richtext editor in the Notes Client

Use Collabora (text editor and/or spreadsheet) as Richtext editor in the Notes Client.
This would give people more features than the current editor and gives a more integrated experience of a real and up to date document editor in Notes/Nomad applications.

As a Notes Client user, I need to be able to create and edit rich text documents and spreadsheets using Collabora within the Notes Client, because I need a more capable and modern editing experience that is integrated directly into Notes and Nomad applications.
