Prevent users from removing any entry from ACL even if user has Editor rights and owner of mail file

Currently if any specific ID ha been added to the ACL of the mail file (e.g.- any Application ID to read the contents of Calendar or Mails) then users can remove that ID from ACL through "Access and Delegation" feature which allows to remove the ID from ACL if the user prefers not the give any access to that ID. Once the user saves the Access and Delegation changes then AdminP process on the server will remove that ID from ACL of the mail file.

This prevents an Application to read the Calendar or Mails from that mail file.

So there is a feature request to prevent users from removing any ID from ACL via Access and Delegation feature. Provide an option to lock the IDs in ACL of mail file so that no one can delete them except an Administrator. Just like how we can remove the access to Delete documents from ACL, there can be an option to remove access to delete any ID from ACL of mail file.
