Better printing in HCL Notes, Nomad and Leap (Scaling Prints)

Although, as an IT Manager, I try to discourage printing, I notice every day that employees still like to print things out—including from HCL Notes.
However, the print functionality in HCL Notes makes it nearly impossible to get content onto paper effectively. Even when we reduce the width of a form as much as possible, it usually still won't fit on a single A4 sheet. Please add a scaling feature to HCL Notes similar to the one found in MS Excel; that way, I won't have any grounds to tell anyone not to print.
