Make the "Extended Properties" main menu entry (and its keyboard shortcut) more coherent

I like the rather new Extended Properties window very much. I would like to be able to use it everywhere, where one can also open the classic Document Properties window. I would like to open it either using its main menu entry or a keyboard shortcut (currently it is CTRL+ALT+L, but it does not necessarily be that exact key combination IMHO).

However, this is not possible.

You may face three different situations:

  1. The item does not even exist in the main menu (while the classic Document Properties do exist).

  2. The item exists and works when using it. However its caption does not state the keyboard shortcut. So it is also not suprising that the keyboard shortcut does not work.

  3. The item exists and works when using it. And its caption also does state the keyboard shortcut. But the shortcut simply does not work.

Examples for all three cases:

  1. Open a mail database in the Admin(!) client and click on any document.

  2. Open a mail database in the Designer(!) client. Double click on "Code -> Agents" so that you see the list of agents to the right. Click on any agent in this list.

  3. Open your contacts database in the Notes client. Open "Extended -> Accounts". Click on any account.

These are just examples. The behaviour is inconsistent in many different places.

Tested using:
Client: HCL Notes 14 (64-bit) Release 14.0.0FP5
Templates: StdR14Mail/de, StdR4PersonalAddressBook/de
