Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Forum! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.
We will never alter the default mailtemplate. When contacting support for mail-issues....the first thing they ask is to go back to the default.
I would recommend that you modify the mail template and protect those design elements from update. This is so that you are not dependent on our release schedules to get the feature you require for your business.
This is one of the reasons we have left he design of the mail template open, so that it’s possible to amend/update the experience as needed.
