Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Forum! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.
I would recommend that you modify the mail template and protect those design elements from update. This is so that you are not dependent on our release schedules to get the feature you require for your business.
This is one of the reasons we have left he design of the mail template open, so that it’s possible to ammend/update the experience as needed.

Anniversaries can certainly be ignored. Reminders, appointments, and all-day events should also be marked as important. A visual indicator is definitely useful and desirable.
Can you please give more details why this is needed?
The other type of calendar events are personal events like Appointment, Anniversary, Reminder, All Day Events. For these, there are no other participants. So why do they need to be marked as High Importance or Not?
Would we need to convey which of these are important or not to ourselves?
