All documents is therefore also a view. It would certainly be clearer if Sent were also called "All sent documents."

I see a big problem here if Notes remains at an old version and is not modernized.

I also find it misleading for users when views and folders look exactly the same and cannot be distinguished at first glance.

    The problem is, when I move emails:

    that emails are moved from the Inbox to another folder.
    However, only a link is copied from the Sent folder. The email then appears in both places, and as soon as you delete it from either the Sent folder OR the other folder, both entries suddenly disappear.
