HCL Notes support for Windows server 2025 with Citrix

Support Windows 2025 as Terminal Server with Citrix for the Notes Client.

This is crucial for several customers who will be forced to update their Terminal Server Client infrastructure.

I do not focus at the Domino Server here, I am aware of https://support.hcl-software.com/csm?id=kb_article&sysparm_article=KB0101491 (also https://domino-ideas.hcltechsw.com/ideas/DOMINO-I-2905).

Currently this is not officially supported.

We have started support for Windows Server 2025 for the Notes client from v14.5.1.

** We will not be back-porting this support. **
