Behavior of "Copy Format" option inconsistent with other apps like Word or Google Docs Merged

In Word or Google Docs, if you select one line and copy the formatting, both font and paragraph attributes are copied, but if you select a part of characters in a line and copy the formatting, only the font attributes are copied.

But Notes copies both font and paragraph attributes always.

The request is for Notes to behave consistently with other applications.
