The user has generated the application link by following with above steps (HCL Notes: Edit > Copy as > Application Link
When this link is pasted in an HCL Notes email by following the above steps
(HCL Notes: Edit > Paste Special > Paste Link > Picture > Ok) it creates an image icon in email and it allows the customer to add a database to the Workspace
But when the same link is pasted in a Microsoft Outlook email instead of creating an image icon it creates a hyperlink but it does not create an image icon, To create an image icon the user needs to follow the below action (Message > Paste > Paste Special > Paste link > Picture) but it throws an error
"Outlook cannot obtain the data for the link"
To avoid this error message the user has to follow another action (Message > Paste > Paste Special > Paste > Picture). Still, it only creates an image icon and it does not allow the customer to add a database to the WorkSpace.
The user Requirement is to create an image icon in a Microsoft Outlook email and when he clicks on that icon it should add a database icon to the Notes Client workspace.
