Ability to lookup names using both alternate name and primary names

When "Default display name" in a location document is "Display alternate names", Notes lookup names using only the alternate name in sending a message.

This causes a problem when a person changed its alternate name, because users cannot reply to the message which had the old alternate name of the person.

That is because a Person document can have all the old primary names but only the latest alternate name.

Replying to a message has both AltSendto/EnterSendto and Sendto in the form. Users can send the message successfully if Notes searches for the primary name(SendTo) after searching for the alternate name(AltSendto), which is unsuccessful.
