Fix all reported Notes problem in SPRs

Currently we have the following SPRs where fixes are not included in public-released Feature Packs or Interim Fixes.

* This is a critical problem as users will assume email was sent as no error message is displayed.

Every time when we need to upgrade to a newer fix, we will need IBM to create a custom fix to include these fixes as well.

I'm sure there are many more problem / SPRs which IBM has delayed by adding a note "No plan to fix" or "To fix in next release" but not fixed after so many years.

These problems are affecting every customers who are aware as well as those are not aware of these problems and it is a headache for those who are not aware of these problem.

Please fix all these Domino problems or else Notes 10 will still be the same buggy problematic Domino that we used to know.
