App users with long running workflows would benefit from the use of reminder emails that they have outstanding work to complete. The ability for a LEAP admin to schedule a repeating reminder based on workflow stage inactivity or due date or some other conditional rule would be helpful.
App users who want to be informed when a certain field value has been added, modified, or deleted could benefit from the use of a notification email. The ability for a LEAP admin to setup a notification based on a change in a field value or some other conditional rule would be helpful.
App users who request scheduled reports or a summary of App data would benefit from the ability to subscribe or schedule the submission of a separate app which could be designed as a reporting app that summarizes the data they want reported on. On the automated submission of that reporting app we could send an email with or without a PDF (functionality already exists to map and send PDFs) then this might be an easy way to quickly extend the functionality of LEAP to allow for some basic reporting.
