DA authentication concept for IMSMO users like Traveler

Our goal for the DA is the authentication of people from all our subdomains

IMSMO server has been configured under the new domain & users is available on the secondary domain. Customer have already setup the Directory catalog and directory assistance. Customer goal for the DA is the authentication of people from all his subdomains. When customer try to configure the outlook profile for user who is available in the different domino directory (secondary) then we observed the error as, "Configuration Error : An unsupported authentication method was detected on your server. Contact your administrator."

But if we copy the person document on the primary directory then customer are able to configure the user successfully.

This problem customer only have on the new IMSMO-Server. All the traveler-servers are configured in the same way and they are working.

Reason : The current behaviour is IMSMO only supports local mailfiles so the person document is expected to be in names.nsf
