Allow for ideas to be voted PROMOTE / ABSTAIN / DEMOTE

For many years this forum was hosted at ideajam.net.  (which happened to be built on Domino as a great demonstration of the power of Domino apps.) 

In that forum, it allowed people to vote to Promote / Abstain / Demote any idea and the ideas listed all 3 values along with a net value.   (see attached screenshot)  This format takes into account the value of disapproving an idea.  As an example, if the idea had been posted to remove the VIEW operation for working with attachments in the Notes client, I think many would have voted that down.  The number of Promote votes alone does not tell the complete story

I would like to see this feature implemented here in domino.ideas.aha.io

BTW, Ideajam also had a way to submit ideas for ideajam itself.  That is not an option here at aha.io, so I'm posting this in App Dev.  Companions to this idea are to have a Top Innovators scoreboard and to publish the names of the authors (or allowing them to choose anonymous).
