Support Outlook online mode without OST creation in HTMO

Request to provide support within HTMO for Outlook to operate in true Online Mode without creation of local OST/cache files.

Currently, customers using HTMO profiles do not see the standard Outlook option to disable Cached Exchange Mode and switch to Online Mode. Due to corporate security and compliance policies, some customers are not permitted to store mailbox data locally on user workstations and therefore require Outlook to function without generating OST files.

  • Provide an option within the HTMO Outlook profile/plugin configuration to disable local caching.

  • Support Online Mode operation similar to native Outlook Exchange profiles.
