By Default, Mail-In Databases do not always send OUTBOUND on behalf of the actual Internet Address field on the MIDB document. This causes problems when the requestor is always expecting the generic Internet Address to be used. IBM's own technotes suggest to convert the MIDB into a Person Document. But then while that works, you now have opened up a bag of worms where an Internet Password field becomes available. In addition, after you create an MIDB you have to go through extra steps of making access group(s) (Readers/Editors, etc) for each one. It would be nice if (1) The MIDB document and usage would force all outbound emails to be bound to the Internet address value and (2) have some sort of .nsf applet "MIDB Wizard" or something where you can fill out core values for Name of MIDB, Name of access management group(s) and type(s), as well as a notification template to automatically send the party who requested it an email link to the MIDB and Management Group.
