When attempting to recreate the Domain Index (ftdomain.di), administrators typically delete the existing index using load domidx -d and then build a new index using load domidx -s.
However, after running load domidx -d, executing load domidx -s attempts to update obsolete full-text index documents rather than performing a fresh indexing, resulting in the following error:
tell domidx q
[1634:0002-1324] 10/09/2026 02:06:40 AM Domain Indexer process shutdown
l domidx -d
[1A48:0002-1FFC] 10/09/2026 02:07:50 AM Domain Indexer process shutdown

Currently, a full Domino server restart is required to properly recreate the domain index without errors.
Expected Behavior:
The Domain Indexer should be able to cleanly recreate ftdomain.di using server commands without requiring a restart of the Domino server.
