LDAP access to Domino directory data should restricted by users and/or servers

We need to restrict LDAP access to Domino directory data based on either the user making the request and/or the source server from which the LDAP request is sent.

To access the Domino LDAP server via the LDAP protocol, we have the following requirements:

    1. Access should be limited to a few selected users via username and password.

    2. Access should be permitted only from specific servers.

    3. Optionally, a combination of 1. and 2.

Access to the "names.nsf" and additional address books via Directory Assistance in the Notes Client should not be affected by the restrictions mentioned above.

Can you please be a little more specific ? You an configure the Domino LDAP server to require authentication, and you can configure which objects in the Domino Directory the user has access to (=reader name fields). Please describe how you want it to work
