Force the user to change the password (in the ID file) on next login.

As an administrator, I want to add the ability to force a user to change their NOTES password (in their ID file) at any time. A similar mechanism already exists for internet passwords (in the account card, under Settings -> "Force user to change Internet Password on next login").
This capability is necessary because password requirements may change, but there's no way to force a password change.

You could run an IDVault Password Reset, which means you will have to provide the new password to the user. This will force the user to change this temporary password immediately, but obviously is not exactly what you asked for.
