Extended Event Notification C-API support

The current EventQueueGet functionality returns the V2 version of EVENT_DATA.

But only documents the pre R6 fields. The extended events introduced in Domino R6 provide additional information about the newer error messages which are also used in DDM.

Please document the R6+ Event structures/API calls to allow Business Partners to leverage those extended error messages including the extended attributes like target server/database/user.

This is a very specific request. But this would enable business partners to provide solutions in this area.

I am planning an open source integration with an Open Telemetry interface for Grafana Loki integration in the first step.
