Directory Assistance Failover to Remote Cluster Servers in Active/Passive (Busy) Mode

Current Functionality:

Directory Assistance (DA) with secondary address books on remote cluster servers in Active/Passive (Busy) mode fails to fail over and perform lookups on the secondary (Busy/Passive) cluster member when the primary server is down.

Expected Functionality:

The functionality should allow the directory assistance should successfully fail over and perform lookups against the secondary address book hosted on the remote cluster's Busy/Passive member when the primary server becomes unavailable, ensuring continuous directory resolution for Active/Passive cluster configurations.

This will helpful for secondary address book lookup in DA with Remote cluster Servers in Active/Passive mode.
