Add ability to disable trusted OIDC providers without changing other data

Though this may be primarily useful for development/testing needs, it'd be very handy to have an option to disable a trusted OIDC provider in idpcat.nsf without munging the provider URL or removing mapped host names.

The best approach is to remove the mapped internet site names from the Trusted OIDC Provider document in order to disable it. This helps avoid confusion regarding which documents are being used and which are not, especially in newer versions of Domino that support adding a single DNS name to multiple documents in order to configure a single internet site to trust multiple providers.
